• Preferably 1 year experience. However New agents will be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop real estate knowledge to service clients with the process of purchasing or selling their home.
• Communication and timely follow up with clients.
• Schedule appointments and tour homes with buyers.
• Technology skills with computers, phones, i pads to develop real estate presentations.
• Analytics and follow up with letters and emails to your clients.
• Develop a plan of action on measuring and surpassing your goals in your real estate career.
• RE/MAX Advisors will provide training to help guide you in your professional career to exceed your expectations
• QUALIFICATIONS: MUST BE AN ACTIVE ILLINOIS LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT
• MUST HAVE A PERSONAL COMPUTER AND PROFICIENT WITH E-MAILS, WORD, MICROSOFT EXCEL, WORD, POWER POIINT, OR GOOGLE WORKPLACE.
• MUST HAVE A STRONG POSITIVE RESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE WITH A STRONG WORK ETHIC
• WORK WELL WITH INDIVIDUALS AND AS A TEAM MEMBER
• STAY WITHIN COMPLIANCE LAWS, TRUSTWORTHY, DEPENDABLE

We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, committed Realtor with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate for this position will be expected to list and sell homes as well as build and maintain professional relationships with buyers and sellers. An ideal candidate for this position will be dependable, hardworking and motivated, as well as knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Our Realtors will be responsible for answering client questions, attending meetings and developing new marketing strategies that are designed to create more opportunities to sell homes.
